Our Founder

As Chief Growth Agent of GTL International, Dr. Aundrea T. Harris’  passion is to develop whole leaders worldwide and curate a culture of wellness within organizations.

Dr. Aundrea is the founder and Chief Growth Agent at Growing Through Life International, a personal and professional development firm committed to helping people and organizations navigate their pathway to growth. She is the owner of F.A.I.T.H. Connection (Finally Allowing It To Happen) which has products such as books, apparel, home goods, and more to come. She has published three books: Seasons of Life: Changed in the Process V1, Growing Through Life: 28 Days of Growth Tools, and Seasons of Life: There is a Purpose V2

As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Aundrea encourages people to create their own solutions in the midst of adverse situations. She is committed to getting to the root cause of dysfunction so that leaders can thrive personally and professionally. Her growth tools help you find the missing link between where you are and where you should be, through personalized coaching and guidance that will help increase resilience levels, enhance your overall well-being, and grow through life.

Dr. Aundrea’s life mission is to be of service to others in embracing seasons of life, extracting growth, and growing through life. She is passionate about mending the gap between brokenness and wholeness. She inspires others to be intentionally well!
